Adrienne was appointed to the Board of Directors of Gladstone Airport Corporation on 20 September 2016. Adrienne has extensive experience in high risk, pressured and dynamic environments and with the most senior levels of government and business.
A former Telstra Business Woman of the Year, Adrienne has a background in corporate and government strategy in State and National roles within global consulting firm Accenture; Westpac Banking Corporation and Leighton Contractors. Adrienne is active on several boards/committees including President of Creative Gladstone Regional Inc. An avid contributor, Adrienne is the past Chairman of Gold Coast Institute of TAFE and The Institute of Modern Art, a past Director of Translink Transport Authority and Events Qld, past Board Member of Griffith University Council and the former Premier Peter Beattie’s Business Round Table.
Amongst her many achievements Adrienne was awarded The Centenary Medal in 2003 for distinguished service and achievement in business and commerce. Adrienne and her husband Tony are business owners in the Gladstone Region.
Dr Brad Bowes is a senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in a range of commercial, operational, and corporate roles in airport management and development. His aviation career includes company secretary and head of governance, risk, compliance and legal services for the Brisbane Airport Corporation from 1997 to 2010. Prior to that he was a senior manager at the Federal Airports Corporation and led the strategic planning and privatisation processes at Brisbane airport. Brad has also held senior roles in a large statutory authority in the transport sector.
He is currently Group Company Secretary at RACQ
Rick Hansen was elected to Gladstone Regional Council in 2006. Rick is Chairman of the GRC Finance and Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the GRC Planning and Development Committee.
He was appointed as a Director of Gladstone Airport Corporation on 5 April 2016 and sits on the GAC Finance and Audit Committee and the GAC Risk and Compliance Committee. Rick has been involved in the community extensively having worked in major industry for 19 years, owned and managed a small business for 19 years and represented the community in Council for the past 10 years. He has considerable experience in the business of Council from Planning to Community and Finance, has held the Engineering Services and Corporate and Governance portfolios and is a member of Council's Business Improvement Committee.
Rick is President of the Gladstone Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is President of the Port Curtis Day Respite (Aged Care), is a life member of Gladstone Basketball and has been involved in Rugby League. Rick was a member of the Gladstone-Calliope Aerodrome Board from August 2006 to March 2008.
Leigh was appointed to the Board of Directors of Gladstone Airport Corporation on 20 September 2016. Leigh is a long term Gladstone local employed by Gladstone Area Group Apprentices Limited in the role of Chief Executive Officer, prior to this role she was Human Resources Manager.
Prior to Leigh's current role she was a Retail Banking Executive whose area covered Queensland from Cairns in the North to the Gold Coast in the South. Leigh has held positions on many Gladstone boards including, but not limited to, -

Tina was appointed to the Board of Directors of Gladstone Airport Corporation on 1 July 2017.
Tina is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in the accounting industry serving the business community of Gladstone. As a Director of Sothertons Gladstone, Tina is passionate about empowering people and organisations to achieve their goals, objectives and financial success. Committed to continual professional development, Tina also has a Diploma in Financial Planning, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
An active member of our local community, Tina has held various voluntary roles in not for profit organisations, including her current role as the first female board member on the Gladstone Area Group Apprentices Limited Board of Directors. In 2016, Tina was also awarded Gladstone’s “Business Leader of the Year” by The Gladstone Observer in conjunction with the GCCI and the GAPDL.
Graeme has had a 40 year career in Local Government with 5 Councils in Qld. Graeme held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Gladstone/Calliope Aerodrome Board between 1981 and the amalgamations of 2008. The Board administered the Gladstone Airport on a commercial basis.
He retired from the role of Chief Executive Officer of Gladstone Regional Council in July 2011. Since that time Graeme was appointed to the role of Transfer Manager overseeing the de- amalgamation of Livingstone Council. He is also currently Deputy Chair of the Central Qld Hospital Board and is Chair of Regional Development Australia’s Fitzroy & Central West Region. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and resides in Calliope.
